Front and Rear are independent -- fill in just one, both, or neither. Each starts a measurement table at 0 ft. and adds a new row automatically as you fill in the previous one. Each side also supports an optional zero-point reference photo (tap the photo to mark exactly where you measured 0 ft. from) and a notes field.

Optional -- use this for any extra on-site measurement that doesn't fit Elevations. Take a photo, then tap two points on it and type a label for the distance between them. Add as many measurements as you need on that photo, and add more photos with the button below each one.

Optional -- a standalone place for freehand site sketches, separate from the 3 forms above. Add as many sketch areas as you need; each one can start blank or as an aerial photo of the customer's address (from Google Maps) to draw on top of.

"Generate PDF(s) and Send to HubSpot Deal" builds one PDF per selected form (plus Elevations, Additional Measurements, and Sketch Areas if you've filled those in, all with the shared header info above), tries to upload it to HubSpot's Files, and logs it as a Note on the selected deal, via this site's serverless functions, which call the HubSpot API directly using either your own logged-in HubSpot session (if login is required on this site) or a token configured by your admin. If the file upload isn't permitted, the Note is still logged with the full text summary; use "Print / Save as PDF" to get a local copy to attach by hand.
